Everything in this place inspires one to walk bear foot like in the sand and enjoy the feelings of purity and volatility. Even the table seems suspended on two structures that the designers compared with islands in the open sea. Elegant, classy and immaculate-definitely on our list of dream interiors.
Part of the Cooking & Living concept, this lovely white kitchen was designed for a sea lover. Lluis, owner of the property, wanted a place that would transmit the calm and peacefulness of the Mediterranean Sea. A white kitchen seemed to be the perfect approach. And just look at the fantastic result!

1960 Canna Road Residence Turned Modern Design
Crafted of wood and glass material, the Canna Road Residence consists of a stunning living room, 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathroom including a full floor master with roof deck, a conventionally minimalist dining room and a freshly refurbished kitchen.
Located in the Brentwood District of Los Angeles, Canna Road Residence is a dwelling place that is totally beyond your expectation for a mid-century residence. Originally build by a California-based architect Ray Kappe, this house was opportune enough to be beautifully touched up by Michael LaFetra a few years ago — and now the house has been sold at $4,495,000 for someone else to enjoy.

Home Design : Riverfront Amalfi Residence
Using recycled timber colonnade, this house has a truly luxurious interior which is pretty much anticipated from its custom made contemporary furniture and state-of-the-art lighting that totally charms you.
When it comes to creating a new look and fresh design of house, the talented folks from Bayden Goddard (BGD Architects) seem to get the best of it and this experimental two story riverfront architecture stands as living proof. Constructed by adopting an open style theme, this elevated construction has enough natural light to filter throughout. To connect its internal and external space, a timber sliding and pivot doors with maximum openings are placed convoying a void to bring some natural luminosity into the veranda area.

Home Design : Brazilian Modernism House by Marcio Kogan
Following a a South American theme with the base raised like a platform and large exposing supporting beams, the house is rich in wood and contemporary furniture that looks inviting. With a stylish pool and amazing lighting, the C16H14O3 House by Marcio Kogan is a great “lesson for our superfluous world in crisis”.
No, that’s not a chemistry formula. It’s the name Brazilian architect Marcio Kogan came up for this amazing home. Located in Sao Paulo, the C16H14O3 House is simple and elegant at the same time.

Luxurious Residence With Stunning Views Over Los Angeles
On the market with LA Classic Estates for $4.95 million, the stunning views over the amazing Los Angeles is what makes this luxurious residence well worth the investment. Located at 8400 Grand View Drive, on the exquisite Hollywood Hills, the house is an amazing architectural masterpiece that breathes celebrity lifestyle from any angle.
With stone finishes for a (more) natural appeal, lots of steel and glass for the modern theme, state-of-the-art lighting, cantilevered terraces and floating stairs for the spectacular factor, that’s quite the dream home we’ve always imagined. So if anyone’s interested, that’s what I’d spend my $5 million if I were to win the lottery.

Khyber Ridge Residence by Studio NminusOne
Perfectly blending with the green environment, the Khyber Ridge Residence adds a tinge of “floating” and a bunch of unconventional details that get the eye.
NminusOne may not be the most innovative name for a design office, but the creativity of the architects definitely got us sold. Commissioned for Marc Morisset— a professional snowboarder, the five storey house is built like a shredder following the line of a steep mountain. And although it looks old and worn, the interior is all about contemporary shapes and elegant furnishings, for more warmth maybe during winter?. That’s nothing short of cool.
